Hi everyone, love the pics, love your tidbits, love our kids and families. We check the blog everyday. JJ, your lights......they look suspiciously familiar.... Nice!
This is our fifth Sunday away from Beth-El. They had a baptism (Gordon Butts) and we were completely in the dark. That was a very strange feeling. But have been loving our Sundays.
We have been to Pueblo Bluegrass on the River, to Westcliffe Mennonite church (awesome drive), to Birky Reunion Worship, Faith Presbyterian, and Pulpit Rock today. Great variety! Next week we will be at the King Reunion in Mich. over Sunday. Everyone should take a Sunday or two and visit another church occasionally. It's inspiring to me to see how much Christians everywhere can connect on a faith level. Good to learn from other churches, too.
Yesterday we took the three boys to the North Pole, where we all felt the icy North Pole, and the boys rode and rode and rode lots of rides, fed the baby deer, goats, and when they got absolutely glazed, we brought them home, smiled, and gave them back to their parents. Ahhh.....the life of grandparents......
Here is our trip itinery, so you can keep track.
July 1 - July 7 road trip to Camp Amigo, Michigan - L.O. King Reunion
July 11 - July 26 South America
July 31 - August 6 Portland
August 21 Andrea to Hesston (unless she decides to play soccer at the last minute...)
Request your prayers for all of the above.
Have a good week. Love you all deeply, Mom
