Tyler is giving me a running commentary as we look at the blog! I haven't been on it for a while! LOVE the photos of the acoustic concert and of Seth and Levi -- ok I have to write what Tyler just said: "Mom all animals lay eggs, except people. People don't have bottoms to lay eggs."
Where does he get this stuff?!
Now I'm completely distracted and can't remember what I was going to write. I'll load some photos in the meantime . . . .
We enjoyed the Renaissance Festival this summer, along with hosting a HUGE July 4th party at our house. Clay ordered 30 pounds of live crawfish (above) which we boiled, and did fried catfish (sorry JJ!) and hushpuppies. It was delicious, and he cleaned the house for it, too, since it was most of his friends. LOTS of fun.
We're trying to teach Tyler how to ride a bike without training wheels--I think our lack of confidence shows since we bought him a bike for $15 at a yard sale. It's just killing Clay--he wants to teach him how to ride and Tyler is just too timid and scared of falling.
Liam, on the other hand, would prefer to ride the big bike, not his little one. And, by the way, he prefers commando . . . .
Mom and Dad, I hope you are having a great time! Glad you arrived safe and sound. JJ & Em, I hope you post photos of your place as soon as you move in. Save your pennies and buy a house out here instead . . . . =]
