Creamed Eggs AND Spinach on Toast!! YES!In interest of using up as many perishables as possible (Eggs, milk, spinach, cheese), I had been wanting to make this, but I knew Em didn't like the sound of it, so I waited until she left today and went for it. So good! I don't ever remember having both eggs and spinach at once, but now that I like them both, it seemed like a good idea.
Thanks to spending some early years growing up low-middle class! Sometimes the bare essentials make a fantastic meal.
