My life hasn't changed much, just working and trying to pick up a few extra hours here and there. I am starting to get excited about our garden and Jay bought a book that tells us exactly when to plant each thing. My tulips and daisies are starting to come up in our flower beds out front. I've noticed that the cherry trees are already getting blossoms. It's been in the 50s all month and today was about 60 and sunny! However, most days it rains. The warm weather is nice, but I know that it will still rain for another 3 months or so, so I'm trying to keep that in mind so I don't get over excited for summer.
Enough about the weather.
I have to stop and say that I can't believe how funny Seth is. I like, died, when I read those quotes! HA! Ohbegosh.
Jay has been busy with the playhouse but has been in a little lull with work. I'll let him post more about that.
We just booked a house on the beach for JJ's 29th birthday. It has room for 20 people to sleep, a hot tub and a pool table. It should be pretty fun! We also just booked plane tickets to a friends wedding the same weekend as the King reunion. :( It turns out that, I think, 5 of the close friends I had at Goshen are getting married this summer.... I think only one of them is getting married here in Oregon. BUT, we are hoping to make our way to Winfield in September and possibly by car, so we might be stopping through!
Here are 2 pics of the most recent play JJ has been working on, "Willow Jade" a play about dungens and dragons. The first picture is of the kitchen set that he built and the other photo is the Orc fighting with a man in the final scene of the play.
