He had a much better day. Sat up in a chair a couple of times, and went for a short walk--with help, of course. Has a touch of pneumonia, which is of course a concern, but they will keep an eye on it. Seems some stronger--at least his voice is stronger than yesterday. He is not out of the woods yet, but we hope it's 'turning a corner' and will start improving more.
Gaye and Bill arrived tonight! Gaye wants to surprise Grandad tomorrow. I wondered how long she would stay away. :) But I wasn't going to go to KS. Now that she is here, I think I will try if he stays stable.
Tomorrow we leave for Hesston to pick up Andrea. Finishing her first year of college already. We're glad she had such a great year.
Grandad loves cards and keep the prayers for him going. Thanks. Mom (and Dad)
